Institutional Capacity Development component under the WBFBC Project has a provision for exposure visits to different states where JICA sponsored Projects are presently being implemented.

These exposure visits would cover study of working of JFMCs, Nursery techniques, functioning of the Project under Society mode, MIS application in field reporting etc.

The first such visit was undertaken by the officials of the Directorate of Forests, West Bengal, from 27th January to 1st February, 2014 to the State of Odisha.
